POLICY

The policy is a list of a few basic rules and regulations that should be taken into account during the photoshoot, and will also be seen within the official contract that you will need to sign either through email or in person. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic, a few strict rules must be set in place in order to ensure the safety of yourself and the photographer:

• Masks must be worn  by everyone at all time unless the photoshoot is taking place.
• RECOMMENDATION: Get COVID tested at least 2-3 days before your booking date.

Prints are NOT available. I do not provide any printed images, and I (the photographer) am not responsible for any prints made after photography services.

Any/ All photos taken during the photo shoot can be sent to the client via dropbox, and google drive. Or an additional option of a flash drive upon the purchase of the premium packages or additional packages.

• You may receive your final images within 1-4 days after photography services.

Images can be edited , if client approval is given.  Software such as Lightroom will be used for the editing of images. No images will be re-shaped or drastically changed but rather slightly modified in color, sharpness, or contrast with basic skin retouching.

*Please note*

• All photoshoot sessions will be timed to determine lateness & overtime fees.  
•  Overtime & lateness fees must be paid by the invoice due date. 
• You will be required to pay a deposit of half your estimated total upon booking (you will receive a email specifying that you must pay your deposit ).
• The other half of your estimated total will be paid alongside any possible overtime fees and lateness fees.
• Payment should be made by invoice due date 
• All and any payments will be handled personally (via, email, text, etc..) and will not be handled through this website. 
• To ensure the safety of both the client and the photographer, all payments will be documented.
